Swing or tracked folding gates are compatible with our motor system. If you are unsure, you may contact our customer support and provide pictures of your current gate for further assistance.

Gates made of aluminium, stainless steel, iron, or wood are compatible, as long as the weight is below 150 kg for swing gates and 200 kg per wing for tracked folding gates.

The basic motor driver set includes two motor systems, drive bars attached to your gate, a control/power box for power supply, and four remotes / wireless keypad and three remotes. Additional accessories are available at extra charges based on your needs.

Due to the electrical work involved and for your safety, a professional installer is required for the motor driver installation. When you purchase from our dealers, they will typically provide installation services.

The installation typically takes around an hour, depending on the site conditions. Homeowners should ensure that the wiring is prepared and that a power source is available for the installation. The wiring diagram can be obtained from the dealer you purchased the system from, based on the model you choose.

Batteries need to be replaced every 2-5 years, depending on the motor driver model, battery brand and powering system method may vary. Please obtain this information from the dealer you purchased from.

Warranty , Support and after sales

The product warranty is provided by the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The duration and parts covered are determined by the dealer. Please obtain this information prior to making your purchase.

To claim your warranty, please refer back to the original place of
purchase.

After the warranty period, you can purchase replacement parts from your nearest dealer as needed. Depending on the type of parts, some can be replaced by the user, while others require a professional installer. For detailed information, please consult your dealer.

User Troubleshooting

Step 1 : Check the Power Box RED LED indicator to identify the incoming power supply, if the LED is not present, please check your main power supply.

Step 2 : If the power box LED stays on, check the LED indicator window on the smart motor by lifting up the green flap on the motor housing.

Step 3 : take a video of LED blinking status and send it to your service provider for further assistance.

This usually happens on users with Infrared Safety Beams faulty, please contact your service provider for further assistance. To override Infrared Safety Beams by force closing the gate, (GFM925 press green + yellow button simultaneously) (GFM975 long pressing yellow for left side and blue for right side)

Check the LED indicator window on the smart motor by lifting up the green flap on the motor housing (on the not working motor) and take a video of LED blinking status and send it to your service provider for further assistance.

For GFM975 users, refer to the RED Led Indicator on the power box. When it goes off, it indicates that there is no incoming power supply.

For GFM925 users, there will be 3 beeping sounds when operating the gate.

Yes, the motor driver does not include AC wiring or underground installation. If these services are required, please contact your dealer. Additional charges may apply.

For third-party accessories, the motor system is compatible only with Digicraft Home IoTHub for controlling your gate via the mobile app. Using unauthorised accessories or making modifications will result in voiding your warranty.

The motor system and power box are designed to be weatherproof, so there is no need to worry about heavy rain. However, they are not resistant to flooding, which may cause damage to certain components. Normal washing is acceptable, provided it is not done with a high-pressure water jet.
